B.D. Riley’s Rebrand Concept
Project for Identity Systems class.
Conceptual rebranding of an existing small business in Austin with the aim of making its identity system sleeker and more cohesive. The selected business was B.D. Riley’s, an Irish pub. Primary mark inspired by football crests, including a harp similar to that of Guinness and the Irish seal. Athelas type was combined with the crest to create a flexible system with many combinations. Final works include primary, secondary, and tertiary marks, as well as mockups. Created in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
